Assistant Area Chef

Seeking a creative, organized individual with previous culinary management experience and excellent a la carte experience in upscale properties or independent restaurants. The Assistant Area Chef will be creative, dynamic, and innovative with a considerable knowledge of current food trends and new cooking techniques.

This assistant chef directs and coordinates food preparation and trains, motivates and evaluates cooks. Responsible for ensuring quality and creativity in food preparation, and production, and must posses good communication, decision-making and guest relation skills.
