Store Manager III (Job # 113278)
The Store Manager III is a senior level manager of a store with high sales volume and difficult to complex operations and is responsible for directing and supervising management associates in support of the General Manager. Requirements include a high school diploma/GED; college degree in hospitality, restaurant management preferred; brand certification a plus. 5+ years experience in high volume and/or multi-unit Food and Beverage or Merchandise operations or other related management experience required.
Assistant Manager II (Job # 113495)
The Assistant Manager II is an intermediate level assistant manager, typically supporting the manager of a store with medium sales volume and moderately complex operations, and is responsible for day-to-day supervising of non-management associates, assigning work to non-management associates, focusing on store level operation performance, coaching and developing Shift Supervisors and other non-management associates. Requires 2 or more years of job-related experience in medium volume and/or multi-unit Food and Beverage or Merchandise operations or other related management experience; 3 or more years are preferred. Previous experience as an exempt assistant manager required.
