Dining Room Manager

At Jack Rose Dining Saloon, one can experience over 1400 bottles of hand-selected scotches, bourbons & spirits, uniquely hand-crafted cocktails, wines from around the world, and over 20 beers on draft. On the first floor you will find our main saloon bar that seats up to 35 and a full-service dining room. Our second floor has an elegant private dining lounge, an open air terrace with a wood burning pit grill, and a Tiki Bar.

Jack Rose is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to perform all front of house functions regarding appearance, strategies, development and training of staff, policies, and procedures.

Applicants must have:

- An extensive knowledge of spirits and wine
- Culinary expertise
- Strong oral and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A passion for providing an excellent guest experience

Recent hospitality grads welcome. Micros knowledge a plus.
