Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager

Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager:

Salary: Depends on experience

Experience: 5 years in a casual dining restaurant (not fast food)

Hours: 55 – 60 per week

Qualifications:

-Good management skills. Prior management of kitchen and wait staff a must.
-Familiarity with Health Department Regulations -Experience with production line management and coordination -Experience in labor cost regulation as it relates to scheduling
