We are seeking an experience front of the house food and beverage lead to supervise daily operations in our restaurant, lounge, in-room dining and coffee shop outlets. Ideal candidates will be vibrant and passionate about ensuring the top-notch service our patrons expect.
Qualified candidates will have relevant occupational training; are confident in their communication, organizational and administrative skills; as well have a demonstrated strong work ethic, and leadership skill set. Desirable skills include seeking or have hospitality degree; 2 or more years supervisory experience; ServSafe, BarSafe and/or other hospitality certificate of recognition.
This position is full-time working 40 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays. This position requires flexibility of schedule for morning, afternoon, evening shifts.
