Salary: Depends on experience

Experience: 5 years in a casual dining restaurant (not fast food)

Hours: 55+ per week

Qualifications:

-Communication skills are a must
-Ability to direct other employees with maintaining a happy staff
-Experience in scheduling staff while paying attention to labor costs
-Ability to communicate with kitchen manager/chef
-Experience in dealing with liquor/wine costs
