Kitchen Manager

Native Foods Café, the premiere vegan/vegetarian restaurant since 1994, is proud to be opening new restaurants in Chicago.

We are looking for experienced kitchen managers with a proven track record
of executing made-from-scratch recipes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience as kitchen lead or manager

Ability to manage inventory, purchasing and prep requirements

Skilled in all line cook stations

Effective in training and cross-training kitchen team members

Certified in ServSafe and OSHA requirements

Respected leader and team player

A very flexible schedule for day, night and weekend shifts is required
