The Assistant Restaurant Manager III is a senior level assistant manager, typically supporting the manager of a store with high sales volume and difficult to complex operations, and is responsible for day-to-day supervising of non-management associates, assigning specified work to non-management associates, focusing on store level operation performance, coaching and developing Shift Supervisors and other non-management associates, and performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or assigned Management of which associate is capable of performing. Essential Functions:

* Prepares daily orders, ensures units are stocked with appropriate levels of product and coaches Shift Supervisors on order procedures
* Conducts and coordinates on-the-job training for associates, and ensures all associates receive basic skills training to perform their jobs
* May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues

REQUIREMENTS:

* Requires 5 or more years experience in high volume and/or multi-unit Food and Beverage or Merchandise operations or other related management experience

REQUIREMENTS:
* Requires an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in the Culinary Arts or a related field (i.e., Formal Culinary Education), or at least 3 years of experience in a Sous Chef role
* Requires 5 years experience as a Chef D’Cuisine
* Requires 5 years supervisory experience working in a high volume Hotel, Manufacturing, Food Production and Restaurant or Catering environment
