Chicago O’Hare Airport
HMSHost is now hiring for our full service food & beverage concepts at our Chicago O’Hare Airport location. Hone your food and beverage management skills by working for some of the most-recognized names in the hospitality business… like Tuscany, Chili’s, Wolfgang Puck, and Starbucks. The Assistant Manager will direct and supervise non-management associates in support of the Store Manager and will be responsible for coaching and developing associates and day-today direction of the store team to achieve operational excellence. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will prepare schedules and ensure that all shifts are covered, and monitor associate productivity and provide suggestions for increased service and productivity. Will also provide recommendations for hiring, firing, advancement, promotion or any other status change of associates within the store.
Job Requirements
For consideration, candidates will possess 2 or more years of job-related experience in a medium volume and/or multi-unit Food and Beverage or Restaurant environment; 3 or more years preferred. Requires previous experience as an exempt assistant manager and demonstrates team management, delegation and issue resolution skills with the ability to multi-task.
