The Sr F&B Operations Manager will assist in developing and opening our next great restaurant concept at the Atlanta Airport. We seek an outgoing, energetic restaurant store manager with at least three (3) years of high volume upscale restaurant experience. The responsibilities of this position will include all aspects of restaurant operations including ordering, staffing, scheduling, training and flawless shift execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 years high volume upscale restaurant management experience
  • College degree in hospitality, restaurant management preferred; brand certification a plus
  • Strong operational skills including financial accountability
  • Ability to manage, coach and develop employees
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • An eye for detail and a strong commitment to total guest satisfaction
